Gospel For Africa Translation and Publication Team!
We now have a small office set up at our home with space for four people to work on translating Bible teaching and training materials from English to French. There are very few materials available in the French language. We are using the translations to teach Bible students at Gospel For Africa Bible Training Center and at the University of Cocody Bible Study.

We also translate other materials to be used for children's ministry and other ministry within the church and for evangelism outreach.

One of people helping with the trnslations is Simplice Toure. He has been working with us from the very start. He translates and helps the other volunteer translators. He also serves at the church. He helps lead Bibles studies and travels with Pastor Chris to visit the members and pray for the sick. We thank God for Simplice. Please pray for him as he seeks the Lord about future Christian service.

Glazai Nessemon Justin also helps with the translation. He is currently being trained to use the computer. He has no experience and is very excited to be able to learn these new skills. Very few people can afford to own a computer here in Cote d' Ivoire. The cost of a computer can pay for an entire year of school for one student. Glazai is learning the Windows operating system and Microsoft Word.

Pray for Glazai as he desires to attend our Bible school. He is currently enrolled as an English major at the University of Cocody. He would like to do both and we are praying for guidance on how best to serve him.

The Lord is slowly providing people to help us with the translation work. We need more volunteers, more computers and more space.
